Judge William Alsup of the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of California ruled in favor of Apple. He made the decision to throw out the case put forth by Psystar, siding with Apple. Psystar filed their atitrust lawsuit, claiming that Apple was taking part in practices which were said to be anticompetitive. Their argument was that Apple was anti-competitive as they did not allow computers to be sold that ran their Mac OS X. Psystar has the ability to take its complaint and amend it further if they wish. They have just 20 days though to try and file something that would change the mind of the judge. Psystar is best known for selling their Mac clones, as they have been selling them since last April.  This sparked Apple to sue the company. Source: dBTechno
